There are strict procedures in place with respect to internet supply of medicines.

As per the regulations it is necessary to check and personally review of each transaction by a pharmacist and they personally supervise and authorise the supply. All medicines sales are only final upon review and approval by one of our pharmacists. We are unable to supply/ship medicines outside the United Kingdom. 

When completing a transaction, the buyer must confirms that he/she is over 18 years of age, that the buyer is aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging, and that the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the buyer’s own treatment.

GOVERNING LAW AND JUDICIAL RECOURSE

We have entered into arrangements with one or more third parties for hosting services that are essential to the Services incorporated within the Services and without which the Services could not be provided to you.

ASSIGNMENT

The Company shall have the right to assign/transfer these presents to any third party including its holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and group companies, without any consent of the User.
